Remo Stars Football Club (RSFC) has completed the signing of Bright Ejike from Headland FC on loan.
Speaking with RSFC Media, Ejike says he feels so great joining the Sky Blue Stars ahead of the commencement of the second stanza of the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL).
“I feel great joining Remo Stars because I know the club has great zeal and desire to achieve greatness in Nigeria Football.”
“I know the club isn’t in a good position as we speak but I am sure with hard work, preparations and the caliber of players I have seen, we will try our best possible to leave the current position we are.”
“Remo Stars is playing in the League for the first time but I am sure with the little experience the team has gathered in the first stanza, the team will double up to ensure we stay in the league.”
“I am already enjoying my stay here, the team also consist of young blood who are very ready to achieve greatness as a team.”
The Former Flying Eagles forward, Ejike was the second highest goalscorer with 15 goals during the 2015/16 Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) season.
Ejike might feature for the Sky Blue Stars against Enyimba FC as the second stanza of the season comes alive on Sunday, 21st of May, 2017.

Striker Nurudeen Ibrahim is keen on making a major impact for the Sky Blue Stars as the second half of the season commences this weekend.
The strong attacker was able to secure few minutes of action in the first half of the season and has indicated his readiness to ensure he gets more games under his belt.
“It’s frustrating for any footballer when you are not playing most especially when your team is in difficult situations in a game, you always feel you can do something to help the team while watching.
“Now am keen on ensuring I get into the team that plays weekly and help the team to a better standing.
I got myself into personal training during the short break to ensure my fitness level is on a good side. My target is to get at least a minimum of 10 games this half and hopefully get goals to complement my efforts.”

Awazie Ekene has expressed optimism on the team ending the season on a good note having experienced the first half of his debut season in the Nigeria Professional Football League.
The fast attacker who missed 2 games out of the 19 played in the first half of the season disclosed that his teammates have now realized what the NPFL is all about.
“When we qualified to the NPFL we were excited and relishing the chance of playing against players we usually watch on TV.
“Now we have seen them and played against them and we have been able to defeat some and learn from some.
“This second round we are keen on capitalizing the experience gained so far in securing our premier league status for next season thereby ending the season well enough.
The gap between us and teams in the top half of the table is not much and we can do more than enough to ensure we close the gap.

Playing in the Nigeria Professional Football League has been an amazing experience for me Salefu Indicated.
The diminutive Midfielder featured for the Sky Blue Stars in all league games in the first round starting 18 and has been a major key player in the teams setup scoring and assisting the goals as well.
“It’s been amazing playing in the NPFL for a long period of time in my career have been wanting to play at the very top and doing so in the country so far the experience has been a good one.
“The traveling and the atmosphere in some stadiums have been interesting and am looking forward to more this second round.
“Playing at the top in African and even in Europe is all I crave for, where everyone can see what I can do while I enjoy doing it.”
“Really the teams current position isn’t too much of a worry for me cause we believe and we know it’s possible for us the keep our status in the NPFL so we will continue to fight.”
